Tia Kangh Siem Reap

There are a lot of local delicious food in Siem Reap. Right there, I have found one strange food called  Tia Kangh. It's made up with plain steamed duck meet, fresh duck's blood, chili, lemon and salt. It tastes good and feel strange when eat it but I don't really dare to eat it properly actually :)

Ratanak Kiri Ethnic Drink

Rattanak Kiri is the mountainous northeastern frontier province of Cambodia that borders Laos to the north, Vietnam to the east, Mondul Kiri Province to the south, and Stung Treng Province to the west. Among the many picturesque natural sites are the crystal clear Yeak Laom volcanic lake, incredible fresh waterfalls, gem mines, and a dense rainformest teeming with exotic flora and fauna. In contrast to modern day opulence, this province remains largely untouched as the majority of the population in Rattanak Kiri is made up of ethnic minority groups living harmoniously with nature. There is a special drink made by local ethnic groups called SRA Pnueng. It has strange and amazing taste. You can try it when you visit Ratanak Kiri Province.

NOM BAN CHOK (Khmer Noddle)

Nom Ban Chok (Cambodian noodle), is one of the favorites for locals and tourists in Cambodia. The essence of curry combines beautifully with the noodles and the texture of the vegetables: morning glory, cucumber, sprouts, and string beans and to spice it up, add a little mates (chili). The look of it is quite appealing with the decorative prolot (lotus stem), which is a beauty of nature, attractive to the eye and fulfilling to the appetite. You can find Nom Ban Chok nearly everywhere in Cambodia but if you visit Siem Reap, don't forget to have a try. Nom Ban Chock in Siem Reap is very famous and you can find it along the way to Banteay Srey !
